# Transparency

## Money

There is no premine, no presale, no ICO, no development fee and no treasury address. A block pays the miner who found it; nothing in the protocol pays anyone else. That is the whole funding model of the coin.

The site and the repositories cost nothing to host (GitHub Pages). The maintainer's time is unpaid. There is no company, foundation or legal entity behind Plenum, and no invoice that could be sent to one.

## Decisions

- Parameters are fixed in the specification and will not be tuned after launch. A chain that changes its emission because the price is low has no emission rule.
- No wallet will ever be published with a private key, a seed or a "demo balance" embedded. A build that ships with a funded key is a theft, not a demo.
- No page on this site will claim a listing, a partnership, a price or a date that cannot be checked.

## What "published" means here

Every claim about a build is a number you can verify yourself: the archive size, the executable size, and the SHA-256 of the file. The release page and four documents carry the same hash, so drift is visible.

## Contact

Issues on the repository. There is no Telegram, no Discord, no support desk, and no one to call. A project this small is better served by a public issue than by a private inbox.
